MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY

● Lifetime membership upon sign up and valid in Singapore only.

● Valid for Delivery and Pick-up order via valid online platform on delivery.sukigroup.com.sg, except ichef.com.sg

● Valid after 11:59 pm on the day after fully sign up. (example: sign up any time on Tuesday, the voucher will be valid at 12:00 am on Wednesday)

● Valid for 180 days upon voucher issuance

● This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only

● Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or vouchers

● Discount is given before the service charge and GST

BIRTHDAY VOUCHER

● Valid for Delivery and Pick-up order via valid online platform on delivery.sukigroup.com.sg, except ichef.com.sg

● Valid after 11:59 pm on the day after fully sign up. (example: sign up any time on Tuesday, the voucher will be valid at 12:00 am on Wednesday)

● Valid DAILY on the month of birthday

● Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or vouchers

● Discount is given before the service charge and GST

● Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.

 

10% RETURN VOUCHER

● Valid for Delivery and Pick-up order via valid online platform on delivery.sukigroup.com.sg, except ichef.com.sg

● Valid after 11:59 pm on the day after fully signing up. (example: sign up any time on Tuesday, the voucher will be valid at 12:00 am on Wednesday)

● The voucher will be issued after the first purchase at any selected Suki Group restaurants

● Valid for 90 days upon voucher issuance

● Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or vouchers

● Discount is given before the service charge and GST

● Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.

 

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

● Member may, at any time, terminate the membership by writing to marketing@sukigroup.com.sg

● The management reserve the rights to terminate the membership in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions contained herein.

● Upon termination of the account either by member or by us, member shall not attempt to use the account, such act shall be deemed as fraudulent.

● Upon the termination or cancellation of the account for whatever reasons, all voucher(s) and privilege(s) will be forfeited and member shall have no further claim against us.
